Don't EVER give up your interests or hobbies for a boy. Go for pro if that is your dream, and if he respects you he will handle it.
If not, a talented girl like you WILL find someone better. I promise.

No, don't listen to your boyfriend and abandon what you love and enjoy doing. What's better to do when spending time with your boyfriend. I mean, you should have your own freedom and your own space time too. He should't be asking too much, not unless you are not spending enough time with him, and spending too much time into basketball, but if you like basketball so much, why are you in a relationship with someone who is too demanding? Good luck and I hope you get it figured out soon. Basketball or boyfriend?

No. Never ever change yourself in hopes that someone can love you more if you become what they want. Go for your once-in-a-life-time dreams. If he dumps you for that, then too bad. Be glad that you found out his love wasn't stable enough to handle some rough spots.
He'll just keep asking for more and more of you, til there's nothing left of your own identity, then he'll probably dump you for someone with a stronger will, and leave you with no more existence. Just keep on being yourself, keep on doing what you're doing and enjoy yourself. :-)

Sweetheart don't give up something your good at for a bf. If he really cared for u he would encourage you to go on and do your best.Instead he is being selfish and wants all your time. This is a person that only thinks of himself and doesn't care about u the way u deserve to be cared for. Please go on with your plans in life and don't let him convince u to give up your dream.Good luck

HELL NO!!!
You do what you want and you'll find a guy(who isn't a loser like this dude) who supports you, and is proud of your accomplishments. What happens when you've given up your dreams and then loser boy dumps you???? Or you dump him cuz you feel resentment???
I think that when we give up too much for another person to much pressure is put on the relationship, and you are bound to feel a bit of anger towards the person who is asking you to do this.
Dump the selfish chump, get on w/ your LIFE

NO!!!! NO!!!! NO!!!! NO!!!!
Never ever let a man do that to you. You deserve someone that will support you in ALL that you do! If he wants to spend time with you then he should be at your games being your personal cheering section! That way he's there for you win or lose. Win or lose he should take you for ice cream after the game. Good luck in all you do!

If he's not for you than he's against you.... Follow your dreams. If he wants to be with you than he's going to have to accept the fact that you are good at what you do and it does use a lot of your time. But you also have to make time for him so he doesnt feel neglected or lonely.
