Anyone know where I can find the poem "My Last Retreat"?

It is commonly spoken at a military retirement ceremony. I can find the words to it no where on the internet... thanks for any help!

I'm out of time, so I couldn't find the exact poem you wanted, but I think the second link here should have it in there somewhere. The first link is the protocol fact sheet that's used in military retirement ceremonies...I thought that could come in handy, too. Good luck! (Sorry I'm not able to search longer for it!!)
