The constant flirting, and i mean smiling, waving, and i sit behind him in one of my classes and he sneaks peeks of me. Also his name was said on the announcements today, he made all region in the band, and he asked me if i heard it, i told him when i heard the words "all regions" i waited to hear his name. He blushed. So why doesn't he ask me out

hey there...he probably is nervous or unsure as to whether you like him or not...before you go leaping into asking him out or anything make sure that you can cope with someone who may be very shy...i know i couldn't it would drive me nuts,lol...but it might be just your cup of tea...think about it though because shyness in a guy can initially seem cute but can often blend into you having to do all the work and that can become tedious...just advice and it depends on you...it may well suit you down to the ground...good luck whatever you decide ;0)

It could be that maybe he's not sure just how much you like him or he's too shy. If nothing continues to happen why don't you make the first move. It's pretty cool just be lenient about it cause you don't want to seem to eager. Don't be too freaky about it either

He's probably really shy about grls. He also may not be sure that you actually like him. He may be afraid of getting crushed, I say let him know that you like him too.

I guess he's just shy, or he's waiting for you to make the move.
