Well, ask the girl again. Explain to her that you need to know her answer now only because you don't want to sit around and wait if she's not interested. I mean, if she's not interested she should just tell you so that you don't waste anymore time. If after you say this, she can't give you an answer, it's best to try things with the guy and see how things go.

First, you should be checking your spelling. It's not hard. Then if you don't know what or who or anything abnout what you really want why are you doing anything? How old are you? What is the reason to be with someone? Is it just so you can say you were with so and so or you're seeing so and so? You sound young and if not in age then immature in actions. Just lay off and do some school work and helping around the house and doing things you should be doing. You'll have plenty of time to mess up your life with relationships when you are older and more mature. Get some life experience and some life skills before jumping into a relationship with anyone. Maybe the girl doesn't want to say anything to you, she could be doing what I'm telling you to do. But, I know you think you know it all and will do as you please because that's the way young people seem to be today. It's hard to give advice and be taken seriously from a stranger. but you need to take care and spend time with you and family right now baby girl. You have time believe me. Good luck anyhow.

You need to pick which one you like best. If it is the girl tell the guy no and if it's the guy tell him yes. You have to like one better then the other. Listen to your heart. Trying to get the best either way won't work, ask the girl again and see what she says.
