If two girls, for example, pretend they are a man and a woman experimenting with eachother- orally (not with kissing, or tongue, but on the genitals all the same), and with climbing on top of eachother- can they still develop normally, sexually or will this scar them? Is it normal for this to happen?

I don't really think I am worried about whether or not I am a lesbian. I just notice that as I get older (I am in my early twenties) I have been very loose and promiscuous, usually only when I am drinking. I didn't know if the stuff I did when I was younger is having an effect on how I treat sex, or if I am just making a mountain out of a molehill- maybe I'm just a slut.

Intense sexual experiences in childhood certainly have the potential to leave scars. That's when they're traumatic though, such as in cases of sexual abuse. What you described seems to be something you did quite innocently our of simple childhood curiosity. You were imitating something that you saw and didn't understand.
So don't let it consume or concern you, just leave it in the past. You're not a lesbian or bisexual or abnormal, okay? Live in the present and be the best person that you can be. Practice modesty and chastity and goodness. You may stand out given today's society but it'll be the way a candle stands out in a dark room.
Best Regards,
Rob
P.S. Whatever you do, don't buy into the modern lie that sexual experimentation when you're young is important or necessary. The people initially responsible for pushing that message are known to have been sexual deviants and liars (e.g. Kinsey) seeking to normalize their own behaviour and corrupt/recruit others. The promoters now are a mix of such people and of people who believed and/or indoctrinated with the BS. The book "The Marketing of Evil" should be mandatory reading in our schools! That would solve a lot of problems. I put an Amazon.com link below.
The people who were promiscuous in their youth? Now mostly divorced, dysfunctional, and sometimes diseased. The people who waited until marriage? Far more likely to be secure, content, and happily married with loving families. So many people buy the lie and sell their lives short.
Sex is like a flame. Spread it around and you're going to get burned. Put it in one proper place and it'll keep your home warm.

There are many cases in which people or friends of the same sex have experimented sexually together. It is actually considered perfectly normal and does not either confirm that you are gay or straight. The Kinsey institute has done studies on this along with other repected organizations.

Yes, it's within the range of normal. The only way to find out what we really respond to is by clear emotional response and/or experimenting. Sometimes it's not clear and experimenting is the only way to determine. It's all part of developing an identity.

It's completely normal. Not everyone does it, and not everyone wants to, some people might even think it's gross (as you can see from these answers). But plenty of people do it, it's just normal curiosity and it happens.

I'm a guy, so I can't answer whether that's normal. What I can tell you is that it doesn't scar you. Experimentation is normal. People (non-adults especially) want to see if the grass really is greener on the other side. It's normal to experiment...it shouldn't stifle your development.
In fact, it should support your development, because now you understand yourself more as a woman, since you've experienced that alternate "choice".

Some experimenting is expected. I don't think I really know what you are saying happened. Its not something anyone on here can answer for you. I would suggest going to a therapist if its something you are concerned about.

It is normal to experiment with your sexuality. It is how we define what we are in life to that extreme. I would not worry about it.

it is normal to experiment with someone of the same gender. this should have no effect on how you develop as an adult.

It is normal. I have asked my therapist as I myself did this growing up. It won't scar you.
