There are two methods that I would suggest.
Remember: None of these steps should involve simple and direct flirting.
1. Tell the girl a compliment, or use a very short conversation.
2. Walk away, as if you are totally indiferent to the girl (do not show intrest in her and walk away).
3. Wait for her to want to know you more, and accept not to quickly nor too late, but at precisely the right time.
4. If step 3 did not come, repeat steps 1-2.
The second method.
1. Start a brief conversation.
2. Show interest in her ( try to keep the interest to appear at a friend level,yet so that it could have a possibility of dating intrest). Paying more attention to her than others without suggesting an attempt at dating is the key.
3. Become more aquainted in conversation with her.
4. She may choose to befriend you and become your girlfriend.
Choose whichever of the above steps that is more appropriate.
The first is more passive, while the second is more moderate.

By asking them if they want to be your girlfriend and if she says yes then treat her like a prinness

Jimmy, you are the last I would expect to ask that question given your answer on the other question about telling a girl she is beautiful. Based upon that answer you clearly have been around the block a few times or your mind is stuck in adult places.
