I have full coverage I don't need to fix my car it just has paint on it and the accident happened on private property in a parking lot

you hit you pay for both, it is not her fault so you will have your insurance go up soon.

it alll depends on what the insurance companies know. if they know everything you just said then it gets claimed as your fault. i had the same thing happen to me but my insurance fought the claim because the other car i hit was parked in a spot it shouldn't have been so even though it was my fault some was the other person the insurance companies agreed to 55% my fault 45% other persons fault

Your insurance will pay for any damage done to her vehicle. Since the accident seems to be the result of your negligence, her insurance won't pay anything. Sorry.

If it's your fault your insurance pays for hers, her insurance pays you nothing. If she is at fault, reverse it (although from the sounds of it you already reversed it in the parking lot)
