I've had battery, coil, alternater, starter all tested and all was fine. When I turn engine I get nothing as if clutch wasnt engaged but it is. Someone told me this may be related to clutch safety switch.

The on on the clutch is known as a safety interlock switch.
This switch is on the clutch peddle so you have to push in the clutch in order to get it to start. It is on the inside of the car and it wouldn't get wet.

If this switch goes bad or only works some of the time yes it will stop the car from starting.
The switch is located on the clutch peddle under the dash.

It works a lot like the light in the fridge. When the door is closed the light is off and when you open it on goes the light.
On the clutch, when you push it in it closes the switch and the car starts.

this happened to my son, make sure the shifter is all the way in park. we reset the clutch safety and tried to jump it and had no luck with any of it then, just when we were about to give up totally we were going to jump it one last time and i jammed the shifter into park and pressed the brake in and the d--- thing started.

by the way i can tell you where the clutch safety is if that is what you need to do. on my sons explorer it was not where you would usually find it, it was on the passenger side, it was call the safety shut off or something like that and you have to look under the glove box with a flash light there is a small opening that will be able to be reset with a very small screw driver you push in the little button in the middle and it is reset, usually only shuts things down if you are in a collision.
