I was born and raised Christian. After studying the Bahai Faith while in high school, I became a Bahai. Because Baha' u'llah often quotes from the Quran, I studied Islam. My fascination with religion led me to take two college courses on world religions, so I have studied some forms of paganism, Hinduism, Sikhism, Judaism, Buddhism, Zoroastrianism, Jainism and Taoism. My participation in forums such as this one -- and the violent attacks on Islam - have led to more study of the Quran. And when the Jehovah's Witnesses dropped by, I studied with them for awhile until they give up on me and stopped dropping by. Since I have lived in Ohio, I became interested in the Amish religion and studied that for awhile. Online discussions and the behavior of some of its followers drove me to read up on Scientology. Basically, I find the variety of beliefs fascinating and love reading about them. I find that understanding religion makes it easier to understand people. More understanding, IMHO, would lead to fewer wars.

I have read up on different religions in order to be informed. I did not include Islam, hinduism or the sikh religion. They are to fanatical for me. I studied up on Judaism and read books that were very helpful. I am a Christian and always will be.

Mostly Buddhism, Hinduism, Judaism and Christianity, although I have taken a few classes on the different religions of the world. It's great to have knowledge of many religions. It's also important that when you study the various religions you are studying them from the appropriate sources, meaning typically their scriptures and from practice members of those faiths. Enjoy.

Our world of religion. What a ball of confusion!

I was raised Roman Catholic and went to Catholic school until High School.
Studied the Protestant Bible as well.
I've read most of the Jehova Witness literature, and had their bible for a good many years.
I've studied Wicca. I even did the year and a day trial, but never committed myself.
I've studied various aspects of Paganism. Norse. Greek. Egyptian. Zarathustran.
I've studied what was readily available about Satanism, and I am amazed at how little your average person knows about it...even though they deride it.

I'm currently studying Buddhism and find much of it to be commendable. All in all, I'm fascinated by religions in all shapes and forms, though I can't bring myself to submit to the blind unquestioning faith that most religions require of you.

I'm a Christian.

I've studied LeVey's satanism, Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism, Wicca (I was a sort of Wiccan for about six years), Zoroastrianism (not extensively, but a little), paganism, and druidism.
I think that's it. There might be more though.
