ON the side of my leg (outter thigh) I have marks, that I cant explain. They almost resemble stretch marks, but arent visible if I pull on the skin. I have NO IDEA why I get them, and luckily NOONE can see them but me when Im checkin myself out in the mirror. But I am thin, lean and muscular all over and this bothers me. What kind of excersizes can I do to work my outter thigh more? Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure, but it could be a touch of cellulite. Unfortunately, the dang stuff is genetic. We all tend to carry whatever body fat we have in certain areas, and this may be just where you carry yours.

If no one else notices don't sweat it! Your workout routine means you're healthy and have a strong heart. If you can only see them when you "pull on the skin" then don't pull on the skin! Problem solved!

Unfortunately they are probably stretch marks. They're normal though and very common for women, even if you have not gained and/or lost a lot of weight. Skin just loses elasticity in certain places over time. It's common to see stretch marks on thighs and obliques. Try to keep your weight from fluctuating too much. Be diligent about your diet and try not to eat junk food & fast food. Eat foods with a lot of vitamins (like vegetables) and drink a lot of water to stay hydrated. Skin that is hydrated will look healthier and less likely to wrinkle. It's great that you work out! Vary your routine often so you keep your body challenged. When your body gets used to the same old routine the workout is less effective. Try exercise bands to "spot train" your outer thighs. You can buy really good exercise bands in Walmart or Target.

Thigh abductor exercises target that area. Not sure if you have the actual machine in your gym.

There is also and abductor machine you can use that stands up, so look for that kind in your gym also.

I would go ahead and add, seated leg extension (front of quad "thigh") and leg curls (hamstrings back of "thigh") in there also.

Go ahead and do 5 sets of 12-15 low weights to feel the burn more, plus you'll get rid of what you are talking about alot faster.

Remember to stretch also. Hope this helps.
