i kissed a guy and i do like him but not enough, i feel bad because he is really falling for me... but the thing is my parents wont accept him and i dont think i am ready for any relationship... how can i tell him all this without hurting him a lot....?

You should let him know as soon as possible, before you hurt him even more.
Put yourself in his place (or anyone's place), wouldn't you want him to be honest whit you? Do the same for him.

explain it to him like u just did me... and let him know that no one can predict the future .. and he never knows wut will happen
