It has been done in Ireland as a bit of fun ,but not on a regular
basis,as im sure it has also been tried in UK.

Yes you can do this with a 4 wheeler or cart. I do not know if there are clubs, check with some local training facilities. Have fun and whatever you choose to use as your chariat, make sure it has brakes!

I think they have husky races around Aviemore.
