I do not know nor do I care. I will say that the practice is totally without merit. There is no need as long as good hygiene is practiced.

They only circumcise Americans about 10%...any farther and the old hot-dog is in trouble!!!

I'm not sure I want to know. But, I do know that doctors will suggest to have it done... not for religious reasons, but for medical ones. (I know, it sounds stupid, but someone cleans that child before he can clean himself.)
