You are welcome to believe what you like.
But do consider that it is probably a little more difficult, in general, for people to believe that a certain person is God than it is for them to believe that a certain person is homosexual.
Moreover, Jesus didn't do any convincing. Jesus existed--and people came to understand that he was God. He never claimed he was God himself. So you would have to point to what he exactly said and did that was a persuasive tactic.

Jesus is God! Luke 12. part of it is: Beware ye of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy. For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known. theres more look it up it keeps goin.
read 2 Corinthians 4:4, Phillipians 2:6, Colossians 1:15, & Hebrew 1:2-3 tells us Jesus is God! just because ted had 30 million fooled doesnt mean that there is no truth in the world. look how many the devils got fooled the anti-christ will also have millions fooled well im done preachin hope its helped. when a hypocrite is revealed it aint the end of the world

those 12 were actually intelligent middleeastern men. ted was dealing with 30 million white trash of the USofA.
there's a difference.
