Try buying the "Core secrets ball" you can buy it on the shopping channels if you have sky tv.
There is some great exercises for stomach crunches, as well as the rest of your body, you will really feel the burn.
You will get rid of that tummy in no time.
They say if you don't see results in 30 days you can have your money back, less postage.
what have you got to lose.
Good luck.

1- what is your eating habits like. Eat properly and nutritious meals and you will be a long way. You need to remove the "podge" before you can see any tone. Look at nutrition books and learn proper nutrition first that is primary.

2- If you are already kind of slim and just looking to trim even though you have a healthy diet (potatos and chocolate are NOT food groups). Then the best thing for you to do is do HIIT cardio and weight circuits to tone up.
HIIT cardio is where you rotate between short periods of sprinting and jogging. Ideally you want to increase your sprint periods to double your jogging periods. And circuit training is where you do one of each excercise in your routine and leave little or no rest (10-30 seconds) in between each, then repeat for 2-3 additional circuits.

Do sit ups or stomach crunches to flatten your tummy.

Many people say that you can't spot train meaning that you can't work out on a single part of the body alone. I would however suggest crunches, sit-ups and squats. The Ab Lounge works very well.

There are oblique curls.... reverse curls to attack the flabby bit that us women always seem to suffer just above the knicker area. The normal sit ups.... also running is very good. Use a gym ball, or a medical ball....

Get yourself a bicycle (pedal bike) and cycle everywhere. It's amazing what a difference it makes. The women in my keep fit class who cycle everywhere have stomachs that are flat as washboards.
