Only if you see something dangerous as being wrong...then it wouldnt be to be honest. Its not dangerous to eat human flesh for it holds much nutritional value and will keep you alive if, lets say, your plane goes down and all you have are your fellow, more unfortunate, passengers...unless you are eating the brain... then you might have a problem.
A rare disease called Kuru can occur from eating human brains, which killed about 10% of the Fore, a New Guinea tribe of cannibals. The Fore would honor their dead by eating them. The brain was reserved for the female relatives and children. Whole villages were wiped out by this rare neurodegenerative disease.
Kuru manifests with muscle and trouble walking. The Fore would then have trouble talking and could no longer stand, sit, or even hold their heads up. Death ultimately resulted from starvation or infection that developed when they became so sick. Researchers were very interested in this disease because it is very similar to mad cow disease.

A bloke in Europe ate his mate not so long ago. They found each other on the Internet. They made a pact that one would eat the other. After getting both written and video evidence of the Meals agreement, they went ahead and did it. The diner is now serving time in a cold dark cell somewhere.
This storey should serve as a true but weird warning to anyone thinking about it.
You could always try eating yourself over a number of sittings as that can't be illegal can it!

I can see where you are coming from with this
but you have to consider who you eat
Chinese hungry again after an hour or so
Italian hairy greasy
Indian Pakistani could be a bit spicy
yank forget it double size and fatty
English tough and unpalatable
so you see you have a few problems to sort out
I have been working on this for sometime
If you would like me to dine on you sometime I would be happy to
oblige

Interesting thought to be sure. I guess that would be a solution to graveyard overcrowding.
Since cannabalism is illegal in this and most other countries....probably not going to happen anytime soon. If you really think its a good idea though to eat another person....there is a tribe in India that may share their relatives with you.

Sadly jack this is a legal mine field. Look what happened to this German chap who ate his mate: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/4752797.stm
Sadly the unfortunate thing about eating someone is that you will then struggle to prove that they wanted to be your dinner. In my experience you're better off with a nice cow or chicken.

You should watch a film called "Soylent Green", they get rid of old people and recycle them in food. Or you could turn the fat into delicacies that rich people can buy. The new "fois gras".

It's how we eat that counts. Straight back, knife and fork and no burbing at the table.. And of course a nice drop of chianti goes down well
