I am 79 pounds, 5"3, female, and 14 years old.
After I eat something I look in the mirror and I always look like a pig, my tummy is sooooooooooooo big. Any tips on what to do?
Is my belly really that fat, or is it because im bloated?
Help?!

U R NOT FAT- U R JUST BLOATED- STOP LOOKING IN THE MIRROR AFTER U EAT, BECAUSE U R 2 THIN SO IT LOOKS LIKE UR FAT- U NEED 2 GAIN WEIGHT.

You say you are in shape and your BMI is good. Most likely you are bloated or constipated. You should be hitting the pooper at least once a day. If not, that's a problem. Being 16 I can't imagine that you dietary habits are good. Stay away from the fast food and all the snacks and processed crap. Eat fresh fruits and veggies, high fiber foods, whole grains and drink water. No sodas or sugar drinks. Maybe even do some research to find a good herbal cleanser. I's individual decision so I hesitate to recommend anything. Also, check with your parents before you start a cleansing.

If you do not increase your body weight, YOU WILL DIE. Average weight for 14 year old girls is about 105 pounds.This kind of thing is not a joke, darlin. there's a good chance that you're just messing with the people on Yahoo Answers, but on the off-chance that you aren't, Bulimia is a serious mental condition and the best thing you should do is talk to a physician, dietician, or even good friend...

And for god's sake, eat a bloody twinky. Eat 10.

Stop looking in the mirror after you eat. It will make you feel fat, even though you aren't. You even might not weigh enough, if you are only 79 pounds, so don't worry.

if you eat something it's logical to have your stomach bloated up. I think you're fine. 79 pounds is pretty light. I'm athethletic so i can weigh more but not actually look that big. dont' worry about it. just eat right and work out.

your too skiny, u need to gain weight, the rest of ur body just looks too small compared to ur bloated stomache after u eat, if u fill everything else up like arms and legs u'll be fine

You are really too skinny already.. Build some muscle, and don't stress out so much. If you are already obsessing you are putting yourself on a very very hard road of disordered eating and depression.

Speak to a your mother about this and if you feel you cannot speak to her about it then Please go to a school counselor. You are suffering from a eating disorder. You can feel beautiful no matter how much you weigh. It comes from the inside not from the outside in.

hunny im 14 also im 5 foot 5 im in highschool medway high in arva ontario your NOT over weight trust me! its all muscle im over weight trust me
