Contact the recipe sharing webpages, such as allrecipes.com, that's a way people that cook will see your products, and take you seriously. Contacting companies that send "spam" might not be the best answer. If you search here in yahoo answers you will find that most people erase them before even reading it.

Check out the Food and Drug administrations web site. they have guidelines as to what you must do to market a food product. Also check out your states web site for guidelines regarding their requirements. There are some very strict rules about labeling & packaging a food product. Finally, do a test run begining to end, paying yourself what your worth, the cost of product and supplies, including labels, internet fees etc., and see if you can turn a profit.
