Paypal. is there anyway to cancel a withdrawal from my bank account into paypal?

You could call the bank and ask them if you can before the transaction goes through. Need to do it right away.

not if you used a debit card to fund your paypal
account, but if you used a eft you can put a stop payment but they usally charge 25 or 30 dollars.
