I believe that everything that you and your new spouse own becomes property of both people in most cases. I do believe that a person with a lot of money marrying someone who does not have much money has the right to a prenup.
While I do not like prenups, I do not like money chasers either. You have to be careful if you have money that the person you are marrying loves you with or without the money.
On the other hand, when my wife and I got married we did not have a lot of money on either side and we combined everything.
Take care,
Troy

Not everything. A person has a right to things they had before the relationship and the other person should not touch or give
away or destroy. Like my wife was burning all the letters she found of mine because she was so jealous that they were from
old girlfriends but one letter was from a family of 7 Army Brat kids whose Dad used to be my Supply Sgt. and he died in 1976
and the kids and their Mom just moved to a very small town in NY
and she burnt the letter with the address and I've never benn able
to find them.

I guess I am weird... I would nto sign a prenup becasue the next time I get married it will be to someone with money and thast loves me not tries to own me. I feel like yes we become one when we marry but we should not loose ourselves i.e. keep your own money pay bills yourself

That depends on the nature of the relationship, and probably how much money one or both may have. These kinds of questions always are based on economic concerns and not romantic, as if a marriage were more a business arrangement than something from the heart.

no because you can never fully trust anyone. someone can be using you just because you have money or anything you never know. it all depends on how much you can trust a person and you know they trully care about you to decide to sign a prenup or not

I would sign a prenup and i would also have them sign one. What is mine is mine, what is yours is yours, what we decide to share with one another is up to us.

Definely not!!!! what is mine is mine and what is yours is yours is my policy you may share some things but not all since I think that even though you are in a relationship you are still your own person and there is certain things that just must be shared if you UTTERLY TRUST the person you're with, such as i.e bank accts and such
