Beer and Wine Permits and Licenses
Original (New) Beer and Wine Permits and Licenses
After you complete the TABC requirements for Original applications and have obtained the approval of the Tarrant County Judge, you will present your application and pay your County and State fees to the Cashier located in our office on the first floor of the Administration Building. The Cashier will issue a Temporary Receipt which you will submit to the TABC with your completed application to obtain your permit or license.
Renewal Beer and Wine Permits and Licenses
The TABC will mail a Renewal application to you. Although these applications display only State of Texas fees, you also are required to pay a County fee and a renewal fee.
Your Renewal application fees may be paid at our downtown office location or by mail. If you have proper identification and are the owner listed on the application, our office will notarize your application and issue a Temporary Receipt that will allow you to continue to operate until you receive your permanent license from TABC. You also may pay by mail provided that all forms received are completed in full, and all copies contain an original signature by the owner and are notarized. Renewal applications by mail should be addressed to Betsy Price, Tax Assessor-Collector, Attn: Beer and Liquor-Cashier, 100 E. Weatherford Street, Fort Worth, TX 76196-0301. Payments may be made by check or money order, or by cash if you pay in person.
Beer and wine permits and licenses cannot be renewed earlier than 30 days before the date the license expires. If you fail to renew your license on time, but apply for renewal between the first and 30th day after the expiration date of the permit or license, a late fee will be charged. If you fail to renew your license on time, and allow more than 30 days to pass after the expiration date, you will be required to 1) cease selling beer and wine, and 2) re-file with TABC.
Liquor Permits – State Fees
The Tarrant County Tax Assessor-Collector does not collect State fees for liquor permits. The TABC office in Austin bills for and collects those fees. Contact the TABC for additional information on State liquor permit fees.
Liquor Permits – County Fees
The Tax Assessor-Collector collects the County fees due for new and renewal liquor permits. This fee is always one-half of the State fee. The Cashier will mail you a renewal notice. However, if you fail to receive one, you must contact our office to renew your permit. Fees may be paid in person at our downtown location or by mail as described above.

The State of California allows the sale of ALL distilled alcoholic beverages, beer and wine, cold or not, at the same outlet between the hours of 6:00am and 2:00am, 7 days a week.

Spermarkets should be allowed to sell beer, wine and spirits in every store, every state, at every hour. This is how the world operates, but not the US.
The government thinks they need to care about the people and to make very important, strategic decisions (about what brand of vodka do I want to buy today?) for its citizens. It's like a kindergarten.
C'mon, Americans. Vote for some more freedom today!!!

I've lived in 8 states. Any that allowed anything in the grocery stores allowed beer. Most allowed beer and wine, but spirits were usually not allowed. PA doesn't allow either.
But I haven't been everywhere.

I think his time at Dortmund as well as Celtic is coming to the fore. I think what he has done with Norwich is incredible, remembering that at the start of the 09/10 season, when he was at Colchester, Norwich were pumped by the U's 7-1. Leaving to go to Norwich, he exacted revenge by beating the U's 5-0. The rest, as they say is history. Congrats to Lambert, but I really cannot face seeing Delia's ugly mug in the EPL this coming season. --- Jings thumbs down for a neutral opinion, whatever next Delta squad at my door?

california has all for sale. Indiana I think only has wine and beer. I have never seen hard liquor in a grocery store, just a liquor store.
