He wants to pay me money under the table to have a sexual relationship with him. The more involved (meaning the more explicit I get, the more money he will give me. What do I say without being rude or making him feel uncomfortable around me because I need the money but don't want any problems at work?

Tell him exactly that--tell him you'll do it, but you don't want any complications to come from it.

there's a better thing to do... get evidence of sexual harassment...then put him on court and ask for a big *** money compensation and so you will be rich without having sex with him.
But there is the other choice case everything goes wrong or you can't get any evidence... do it and gain the cash you need...

Tell him he is funny and then let him know that if he's not he's making you feel uncomfortable. This way he he has a chance to back out with a joke. Or report his but for sexual harassment....get evidence too.

Can you say pro-stit-u-tion? That's what you call sex for pay and as such, is not a circumstance in your favor! Instead, get details of his proposition in writing. Maybe he'll even be stupid enough to sign it! Refuse it, then turn the bum in to the authorities. That's called sexual harassment, Hon.

To be quite honest, I'm not sure what you're asking. If my boss gave me that proposition, I'd say thanks but no thanks. But you said you need the money but don't want problems at work? Huh? How can that end any other way except riddled with problems? Sex for money = prostitution.

Write up an agreement on company letterhead stating how much and when you get paid, what you need to do for an agreed amount, and there is an agreed buy out amount paid to you for him to end the arrangement.Make sure he signs it in writing, and below signature he prints his name and dates it.

That is a great mind set you have. You should just do it and take the money. At this point you are thinking of it and you are probably going to do it.
