Does anyone know what the differences in schooling and salary between a general sonographer, vascular sonographer, and a cardiac sonographer are?

just guessing at this but sensibly a general would require less schooling and make less because they arent a specialist.

a vascular (veins) and a cardiac (heart) would have to go to school longer and would make more money because they are specialized in their fields of study. would think that a cardiac sonographer would be the highest paid.

Not much, length of schooling is the same. Pay is the same for all. There are exceptions of course in every field. Vascular might get paid more if they work at an upscale laser and vein center. generally speaking though, the schooling is the same and so is the pay.
