Plastic surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

For most cosmetic plastic surgery, you don't need to worry about travel and accomodations, because you should be able to find a good doctor in your immediate area. Only in the case of specialized reconstructive surgery are you likely to need to travel in order to be treated by an expert. You should get a referral from your primary care physician.

When you are deciding on a surgeon, look at a picture of his wife (there should be one on his desk), if she looks good hes probably a decent surgeon.
