It's not kindness it's a common courtesy. And the reason why that's done is pecause when you sneeze your heart stops and Muslims don't say bless you we say 'Alhamdulilah' and the person you're around says 'Yahamakalah' and then you say 'Wadeekamalah'.
It was proven in the hadeeth of Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Allaah likes the act of sneezing and dislikes the act of yawning, so if any one of you sneezes and praises Allaah (says “al-hamdu Lillaah”), it is a duty on every Muslim who hears him to say to him, “Yarhamuk Allaah (may Allaah have mercy on you).”

I accept it as kindness in fact ...It's nice:) but for muslims when a muslim sneezes he say Alhamdulellah (Thank Allah) and if there is a muslim setting with him he should say Rahamakom Allah (May Allah be mercy over you)... So as you can see we almost say the same thing as bless you:)

Yes, that's fine. Any time anybody says blessings for me, I am grateful. Peace.
Btw, I say that to my son when he sneezes, along with what we're supposed to say in Islam, which is Alhumdulillah when we sneeze. That means thanks be to God. Basically, Muslims believe that to sneeze is a blessing, because it removes germs. To say "bless you," therefore, is perfectly acceptable.

If a muslim sneezes you're supposed to shout, "INCOMING", and hit the deck!
