How about exercising?
I exercise in my bedroom. You don't have to go outside to do push ups, jog in place, sit ups, crunches, whatever.

The best this to do first is to stopping eating late at night so try not to eat after say 7:00p.m. so when you go to bed you have a empty stomch. Second losing weight, there is no fast way. you have to stick to what ever diet plan that works for you and you have to eat healthly and stay away from the junk food and eat healthy foods and drink lots of water and not soda. you also can't be hard on your self if you don't lose any weight right away it will take awhile you just have to remember you didn't gain all the over night and your not going to lose the weight over night just keep trying and you will get there have faith and make sure you exercise that is a big help in losing weight and you won't lose any weight by starving your self Give your self time your young yet it will happen Good LUCK

Diets are okay and everything, but they can decrease your metabolism, causing your body to conserve fat. What you really need is some long, slow aerobic exercise. Go for at least 12-15 minutes or more per day of walking, jogging, running, cycling, or some other kind of exercise such as these, and don't stop doing this once you get rid of the weight you want to get rid of. Another thing to keep in mind is that weight really isn’t the problem; fat is the problem. Weight and fat are NOT the same thing. Muscle actually weighs almost 7 times as much as fat. So don’t pay too much attention to your weight; instead pay attention to how thin you look and how good you feel.

Cut down on your portions and eat more small meals throughout the day. Exercise at least 20 minutes a day 3 times a week. Other than that you just need to give it time. It can take a couple of weeks before you start to notice a weight loss. Keep in mind - that from the exercise you're toning up and developing muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat but is compact. So you may actually gain weight but trim down if that makes any sense. Don't give up - lots of luck!!!

A FAST way? Well when I was younger, I was also over weight.
You need a good diet because you are still young. What I did
was running. I ran everywhere. Stay away from sweets and pop. Try the running, it sure did work for me. Start out slowly, and gradually increase your time running. Good luck to you.
And drink A LOT of water.

there is no fast way to this problem. surgery is about the fastest. doing anorexia or bulemia will only kill your self esteem. just begin today, knocking out the foods and drinks that lie, eat real food and begin a walking program.
this is what i did at 45 and in 6 months, i lost 60 pounds. i also walked everyother day 3-8 miles. keep that in mind. too much music, ipods, computer usage also lie. sometimes its good to have a peice of 'old fashioned" in the mix too.
you have to be faithful to you and not your family or friends here. this is a you against you game. you have to put in the time and effort to get your body where you want it.. not anyone else dream. love and well wishes, bobbybear111 you can do anything you put your mind to.

Bottom line: You have to burn more calories than you eat. Fad diets won't work in the long run. So eat healthy. Cut back on sweets and fried foods. Eat lots of vegetables and fruit. And exercise. Walk, ride a bike, swim. If the weather's too bad, put on a good, fast cd and dance away the blues!

Balance exercise with your diet. You need to eat at least 1200 calories a day to keep your body functioning correctly and NOT in starvation mode (if you eat too little calories your body can actually hold onto everything and you can end up gaining weight).
If you need help tracking your intake and exercise, www.fitday.com is an excellent free service you can use.
