First, I don't think you should be using Excel. Excel is a spreadsheet program that is designed to work as one. It is not meant to work with large amounts of text. Excel will only allow 255 characters into a cell, regardless of how large it is. Even if you manage to cut and paste into the cell, it will automatically trunkate at the 256th character. If you are putting multiple paragraphs into each cell, I ask you why? If you are going for the look, you can use Word and make a table. The characters are unlimited in a Word table, so your formatting should come right it, without trunkating your hard work.
If you must use Excel, the key to getting a forced (ie paragraph seperation) you should press and hold the Alt key while pressing the Enter key. This will force a line break into the cell. You should also change the wrapping of your cells by highlighting the cells and choosing Format, Cells, and on the Alignment tab- check the Wrapping box.
I highly recommend using Word in a table format. You can make it look exactly like an Excel printout, but will not run into the problems of the character limit.

there are a few ways, you can copy and paste it into the cell then highlight the text you want in one cell and click on the merge and centre button It's a button that is like a square box with the letter 'a' in the centre and arrows on either side of the 'a' pointing outwards like <~ a ~> but solid black arrows, if you scroll over all the buttons for a second you will find merge and centre as it tells you what the button is without having to click on it.....it will be one big cell though. Or if the text runs from cell A1:C:1 you can double click on the line at the very top between cells A and B and it will automatically be a big cell.
Or you can click on the first cell the text starts in and then right click then go to format cells then alignment then click on the wrap text to put a check mark there and that will make a big cell for all the text. This all only works if you copy all of the text into one cell and do this all from the one cell it is pasted in.

You simply paste the answer into the cell details in the bar at the top, rather than the cell itself. You know, the box where if you wish to amend the middle part of text, you click on the cell, the text appears at the top, and you can click on the word to amend.

Go bland. Plain, straightforward, unseasoned food such as cooked chicken, plain rice and a bare-skinned baked potato are nutritious however your palette will tire of these quickly, unlike salty moreish ready-made food, which keeps you snacking and piling on the pounds.

Chewing your food thoroughly will not only make digestion easier, but will allow your body time to recognise if it's actually full, thus preventing pigging out.
