I would like to know how many of you follow your religion because you think bad things will come your way if you dont?
* I dont want any quotes from the Quran or any religious teachings.
I want to know IN YOUR OWN WORDS, why you follow your religion.. If you are a devout follower then there should be no hesitation in you answering with your own words...serious answers please?

To follow something you have to be satisfied with what you are doing.
I tell you my story then you can ask your Q or do your own search.
I had many Q's when I was in high school and hardley I found somebody to answer it and they used to call me Atheist.
When I joined the medical college I met different people who guided me to the answers and I did my search :
(TheHolly Quran and Prophet Mohammad says) have alot of scientific facts in almost all aspects of life.
I'm not going for details but I'll mention an example.
Do you know that the genital organs in human ( testicles and ovaries) have descende from the level of the Thoracic cage " chest", !! do you think an illiterate person in abedwin community would discover these facts and describe it as some body in the speciality??
I was in the class when the Proph." from Malta and non Muslim" started to teach this subject in Emberiology, that these organs are formed at a level just above the kidneys( at the lower rib cage and in front of the back bone) and start to descend till it take it's current position , and when I hear that my tears started dropping, why because Holly Quran says
just excuse me for this for proper translation
Sura:86 " the morning star"
[[ "5. Now let man but think from what he is created!
6. He is created from a drop emitted-
7. Proceeding from between the backbone and the ribs]].
So, like these facts are plenty and you can't close your eyes and go !
So, you have solid and non shockable evidence that what you are doing is right.

as quickly as a clergyman went to the prophet and asked why does he declare that Jesus' teachings are fake.. So the prophet suggested, i did no longer come to this earth to declare incorrect upon Jesus, yet I got here unto this earth to glorify Jesus.. See Islam got here to be because of the fact Judaism & Christianity replaced into corrupted.. Mohammad (pbuh) replaced into on the spot via God to tell his followers to maintain the religion properly preserved this time.. And it occurred.. The Quran had no longer been touched on account that 1400 years in the past.. i'm undecided appropriate to the 2d part of the question yet on account that particularly some Christians have immigrated to Egypt, they replaced the rule of thumb that something that does no longer accord the Quran ought to be burned..

I follow Islam because it makes sense. I truly believe in the existence of One God, indivisible, without a son, or a grandson, or a daughter, or a mother, or a father.
Why I follow Islam? Because it is perfect. But I know people are not.

Well theres absolutely no point that we follow our religion that if we dont than bad things will come our way
We only follow bcoz there is No God But Allah and Prophet Muhammad PBUH is the last messenger of Allah

I follow Islam because it is the true religion and I thank ALLAH SAWANA every day for showing me the truth when I was lost. I follow Islam because I know better than to associate partners with ALLAH the one who created everything on this universe. I follow Islam because I fear ALLAH.

I follow Islam because I studies all the other religons. Islam made sense to me. No offense but I think Islam makes perfect sense. No I don't follow this religon because I think bad things will come to me but because I want to and it makes sense to me.

bc I studied many religions and didn't found any of them better then Islam
I fallow it bc it contain rules, spirituals and a system for the people in the earth and this can't be made up its absolutely from god. ONE GOD
the Quran contain Many facts that discovered recently.

I follow Islam because it makes me feel peaceful and saved.
I feel God everytime next to me and belief of Islam makes it sure.
I pray for forgiveness and i know God will accept my repents because belief of Islam makes it sure.
When i feel myself horrible, i ve a strong support always being there for me and belief of Islam makes it sure.
I dont need anybody except God and belief of Islam makes it sure...
