I make a great big amount of white sauce then I cube up a brick of Velveeta cheese and melt that in the white sauce. I also add Parmesan too to taste. Use lots of salt and pepper and a little ground fresh nutmeg. Boil your macaroni, drain it, and add the sauce. If you make alot of sauce and it seems like the macaroni is soup -- that's o.k because in about 1/2 hour it will be perfect as the macaroni will soak up the sauce. I put breadcrumbs on the top and drizzle a little melted butter on that and bake for the 1/2 hour or until the bread crumbs get nice and brown. (it's already hot so it's not to heat it, it's just so the cheesy sauce gets absorbed and the breadcrumbs get browned)

mix it all up and add to baking dish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs or bread crumbs. Bake in 350* oven for about 1/2hour-45min. until cheese is melted and a light crisp on top.
serve while hot!
(the flour and milk will help cheese blend better with macaroni)Enjoy!! :-)

OK, don't panic..I have an easy recipe for mac and cheese.
Melt about 2 tablesp. butter or marg. in a saucepan.Slowly stir in about 1.5 tablespoons of flour until it becomes like thick sludge. Then slowly pour in milk while stirring constantly until it thickens somewhat. About 1.5 to 2 cups of milk.
Then just stir in shredded cheese to taste, at least a cup, mix in cooked noodles and bake with a sprinkling of cheese on top.I would bake it at least 25-35 minutes at 350 degrees.

take either little shells or bow ties... cook it, drain it....

put pasta back in pot

turn heat on

take maybe about a 1/4 to a 1/3 cup of milk

take three slices american cheese

and a dash of salt

and mix it together

top with parmazan cheese...

for a more "grown up" thing, add bread crumbs and put in a baking dish... add cheese on top and bake.

mmmm

I use the Lady's Mac n' Cheese recipe that another reviewer already kindly posted. I only use two eggs however, and I mix them into the sauce really well. (Otherwise you get little scrambled egg bits throughout your macaroni..not good.)
