jsut make sure ur active all during the day and not at home playing video games or reading or w/e u do...and i dont mean for around 2 hours try to keep busy all day by night ull fall asleep like a baby...

a good vigorous walk!! Gets your blood circulating and will wake you right up. You will likely sleep even better tonight as a result.

Try an apple. Apples contain sugar which will give you a sugar high without the caffeine jitters
