what are the risks to a fetus with an enlarged kidney, and an enlarged part of the brain?

I am 18 weeks pregnant with a baby girl. I recieved an ultrasound today that showed an enlarged left kidney, and a part of the brain was enlarged. I have never had this problem in any of 6 pregnancies. I did have one child born with cleft lip and cleft pallet.

the risks would include brain damage leading to mental deficits. An enlarged kidney, to kidney damage and failure. You have my sympathies.
