Don't give in. Crush them and throw them away. Also throw out your ashtrays, matches, lighters, all of it. Then wash your hands and face and gargle with Cinnamon flavored mouthwash. The third day will be the worst, but on the fourth day THE SUN WILL SHINE!!
Trust me, use lots of mouthwash, toothpaste and vitamin C (helps remove the toxicns more quickly from your system). Also if drink lots of water and grapefruit juice it will help. Don't drink sweet stuff or eat salty stuff for a few days as these increase the demand for the cigarrettes.

Hey man, I am a fellow smoker ....DON"T DO IT!!!!
You made it through 2 days already. Every time you want one wait for 15 minutes then wait again!!!
I've been through drug rehab.....a craving for nicotine will last for only7seconds ....at first they will come very often but as the days go by the cravings will get further and further away!!!!
Don't give in..., The first 5 days of quitting anything are the hardest!!!

Go to www.chantix.com and read about this new quit smoking pill...It is supposed to be the best that has come around...It is made by Pfizer Corp. is expensive and requres Dr. prescrip..Good Luck
