A friend of mine really likes me and he asked me out. I said yes at first but then I broke it off because I realized that I didn't know him very well. We are friends now and we talk. A couple weeks ago he thought that I left him because I was seeing someone else. I admitted to him that I liked someone else but that we weren't together and that wasn't the reason I left him (and it wasn't). Well...the other guy and I made out one night and some other stuff...but no sex or oral..or anything like that...I wouldn't go that far. We aren't in a relationship and we decided to just be friends but should I tell the other guy (1st guy) what happened?...In my opinion I don't think I should tell him becuase we aren't together and it is my personal life but I want to know your opinion.

Why would you tell him? From what you have said this is a guy who is more into you than you are him, so I say it's none of his business. It is nice of you to take his feelings into consideration though!

Well i think that if you're dating and there is no sex you don't need to tell either of them!!

If you decide to engage in a sexual relationship with either or both of these guys then I would hope you would let both of them know!!! They need to be able to make a choice !!! It's okay to tell them you are only willing to date but none of what happens on your dates is any of their business.. Unless you should start having sex!!!
Be sure to use condoms so that you don't put yourself or anyone else at risk!!!

It's really none of his business. You don't owe him an explanation for what you do with your life especially since you aren't in a relationship.
