Tell the midget that's kicking your knee to kick the Koala that's hugging you, and when it lets go, you'll treat him to a night on the town with your food stamps.

When you get back, put a few stuffed rats in the cage and kick back a few beers and watch the poor owl come back for his next meal and be dissapointed.
Or for real excitement leave the box of jelly fish out and see the owl get stung.

But since you can't buy beer with food stamps ask the midget to spring for the beer. If he has trouble, he can ask all the under 18 year-old on YA how they do it.

And when your wife starts screeming and yelling about it,
tell her your last hermaphrodite date didn't care.

Keep the rest of them in a place where the owl cannot get to them. The one the owl took is dead. The owl probably ate it, unless the rat was lucky enough to get away. If that happened, the the rat ran off. I don't think they know to go back to where they were. They have an innate desire to be in the wild. The owl will remember where it found the rat and go back for more, so keep them safe.

Get some new ones and don't leave them exposed where owls can get them. Right now your former pet rats are dead rats!
