Where can i get a credit card in the US that has Chip and PIN technology?

This technology is used all throughout Europe, and specifically in the UK - they have made it mandatory, and have outlawed signatures as authentication for purchases. I will be traveling to the UK soon, and will need a credit card with this chip to buy anything.

I have called Bank of America and CITI so far, and they didn't even know what the technology was. Can anyone help?

American express offers it in its business blue, and clear cards.

American Express is the only U.S. company that I know of that offers the smart chip.
