I think it is a question that will never be answered, and it is very possible. If he was seen as a man, then why would he have not been treated as a man. Why would rape not be apart of it, when you consider the other documented travisy he went through. I just dont think people would want to think that occurred but it is very possible, and is a very good question that deserves much study. I wish you well

Ok I have to say Jesus was striped but he was never in prison. And I am pretty sure that God would of mentioned it if someone tried to have sex with him. Male or female. Although I don't think that the Romans would even let a woman in prison.

I know that no one wants to think about it, but if it was the custom of the time, there is a good chance it did happen.

Hebrews 4:15
For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

I think this tells us that Jesus has faced all of the things any of us have faced....BUT regardless..we do know that HE took our sin upon Himself and died for us so that we can have eternal life.

That alone is enough.

Why would it matter? People get so hung up on the details. Read the passion narratives in the gospels. They say things like, "Then he was scourged," or, "They led him out to be crucified." No details. They left that to torture-obsessed fools like Mel Gibson to do all that. When you stand before the judgment seat and say your statement, don't let it be, "So, Jesus, how bad WAS it?"

It is known that Roman soldiers typically made the prisoners walk in the nude and it's also known that part of the abuse that the soldiers would give would be sexual abuse. Whether this includes rape and whether Jesus was subjected to it is unknown.

Jesus didn't wait in prison.

I highly doubt it. The Romans historically had great self-control. They knew if they got carried away, they would be placed in prison themselves.

Rape was more taboo then than it is now.

The Bible does not say, nor does any extra-biblical material such as the writings of Josephus.

Good question. It's one that requires serious discussion. I don't think you're sick at all. Perhaps Jesus was raped, perhaps not. It needs further study to determine a solid answer.
