Well, either it's your metabolism, or you've been exercising a lot. Probably a combination of both.
I wouldn't worry about it. But maybe it's a thing to just bring up at your next check up at the doctor's, just to make sure.

Weight gain is accomplished by increasing the average number of calories taken in. Instead of stuffing yourself til you're miserable, try just adding one extra meal, a half hour before bedtime, so you don't burn them off right away.

that doesnt sound like a good idea, but more than likely you have high metabolism , which means your body burns the fat and calories a lot faster than others do. which is a really good thing.

You probably are burning off as many calories as you are consuming, try a dietary supplement drink like boost or ensure in addition to what you normally eat

if you are really underweight, then you probably have a hyper active thyroid, which controls your metabolism. if you are concerned about not weighing enough, contact your doctor and ask him to tell you more about the possibility of an overactive thyroid. 2 of my friends had the same thing, and they got their thyroids removed, and now they are a lot healthier.

You must have a very high motabalism, or you may have a disease with your metabolim. But you are very lucky; there are some diseases that make oyu gain weight...and some that make you gain nothing.

watch it, it is kind of a delayed reaction, and it is the same with exercise, the fat will eventually come off.
