lol. Say it in a sweet way? Oh that's seriously not going to help. you just did something physical to her and you think something sweet is gonna make her feel better? Write her a apology note, right now.

Hope she forgives you dude, but PLEASE work on your anger. Violence against your SA is no acceptable. Please get some help, because you dont want to end up hurting soembody you care about. Don't fool your self by pretending your anger is in control. You should not be asking if you can get away with it, but rather the best way to get your anger under control.

I think that is mean, just apologize to her and explain you did it out of anger. My boyfriend has done worse to me, but he apologizes to me and try's something romantic~it melts me. She'll forgive ya! Why lie about it...throwing is sweet in no way:)

you just admitted that you did it in anger, so how can you say that you meant it otherwise?
i have to assume that she felt the anger when you threw them, so what makes you think she will accept a response of "i meant it sweetly"?
