If you buy diet pills, then the only thing that will get skinnier is your bank account. Your best bet would be to walk, walk and keep walking as well as eat sensible meals and drink plenty of water. This is how I lost 14 pounds in two months.

Good luck!

Lucy E is totally right, there is no safe weight loss pill.

You only want to drop 12 pounds anyway, there has to be some sort of low impact exercise you can do. Ask a physical therapist. You don't need to destroy your body taking pills, slow and steady wins the race. If you take the weight off without the use of pills, it will be more likely that you keep it off, and try just for 1-2 pounds a week.

There are NO good weight loss pills, they are all gimmicks that can put your health at further risk.

Try eating lots of green veggies, fruit and water. Try to find an activity (maybe swimming) that will not put a lot of pressure on your joints.

Please take heed to the following information, this should raise a red flag for you:
Over half (54 percent) wrongly stated that such supplements are approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

"FDA-approved drugs for weight loss have gone through years of testing with thousands of patients to prove that they are safe and effective. Supplements have not," said Thomas Wadden, president of North American Association for the Study of Obesity-The Obesity Society. "And this survey sounds the alarm that most Americans have the wrong idea about the safety and efficacy of these supplements."

There are currently no over-the-counter drugs for weight loss approved by the FDA.

Before assessing the health risks of supplements, it's worth remembering that these weight loss products are not subject to FDA-approval or the same health controls as obesity drugs. Supplements do not typically need to be tested for safety, they do not need to state precise dosage levels or ingredients on their packaging, and there is no precise legal requirement to report adverse health effects. As a result, users of weight loss supplements may not know exactly what they are digesting, or what side effects they can expect.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

Likelihood is you're eating too fast. Try holding a conversation while having a meal so you're certainly not gulping down more than you'll want to feel full.

Beware of "fat-free" or "zero trans fats" foods as you're likely to be trading fats for huge variety of sugar or sodium.

Identify the emotional triggers that make you seek unhealthy comfort food. Picture your goal weight the next time a trigger strikes to help you resist temptation.
