you can buy protein drinks from your local chemist or health food shop. i think you can maybe buy them from your gym instructor as well.

Protein helps build muscle mass.
Any food in high protein.
Sources of protein:
Lean Red Meat, Lean White Meat: Fish, Chicken or turkey (no skin), Eggs (preferably egg whites) Beans and legumes (which are high in carbohydrates). Nuts (nuts are also high in fat), Roast Beef, and Roast Chicken.
You can also supplment the foods with a high protein drink such as Whey.

you should not really drink those shakes, they are rather bad for you....... maybe go see a nutritionist and do it through healthy eating.... you will be better off in the long run....
