Here is a run down
5am--wake up/walk dog/exercise
6am--wake kids/get them dressed/clean rooms
7am--breakfast/tv time
8-11--morning school (we home school) we have snack at 10am
11-12--errands
Noon--lunch
1pm--quiet time
2-4--afternoon school--snack at 3pm
4-6--errands/sports and other extracurricular activities
6--start dinner/walk dog
7:30--get ready for bed
8:30--lights out for youngest
9:00--lights out for oldest
During all of that we are playing educational games, going on nature walks, sometimes watching movies together, and I'm also doing housework. I get a lot of things done in the mornings, but I do housework in between everything else. Plus, I do the majority of the chores during two days of the week which leaves my other days open. When getting ready for bed we often read books or play a short game.

Im not a mom but I am answering. I have a two year old and a four month old. So I wake up in the morning at about 7:30 to give him a bottle and feed her and turn on nick jr. This when I do the dishes. After a few shows we go into the playroom and sit in their, he likes the jump-a-roo, she likes cars and books. Then we have lunch. After that it is back to the playroom. At about 3:00 we go into the front room and watch a kids show then jeopardy, then it is nap time for her. If he is up we play, if he is out I clean and get set up to make dinner. The best if he is taking a good nap because then I can watch some news or sports and have a candy bar. It is an exciting life I lead.

Well my husband is currently deployed and I am a stay at home mommy. I can say that I do a lot of chasing after my 7 month old son and playing with him. I do a lot of chores daily. Sometimes I go out to the store with my son just to get out for awhile or I do some scrap booking. Sometimes I visit with some of my firends who have kids my son's age or close to it so I can have a break from entertaining him! It's not easy, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. I love my son!

a lot of people will tell you that they spend all day diong everything with kids but in the real world the truth is it is not really possible. I actually try to do things she likes to do like read stories, play games, do puppet shows. but like any normal person there is still housework to get done at which point i will have her wach a movie or some tv or even better which is very good for kids is if they are an only child to have them play independently which is great for expanding the imagination, or if there are others have them play together. my daughter is an only child for now and sometimes she even likes to get in on the housework, like sweeping or washing things.
