and a cousin when I was a child and at early teen age.I have become cyber sex addict. I still fantasize about them. I am practically afraid of girls and I have no girl friend. Please advice what should I do. Many girls show interest in me but I am shy. I want to stop cyber sex but I cannot do this. Fantasy of my aunts remained in my mind. I don’t know what can I do to stop this?

I think you could try talking to a counsellor. As for stopping cyber sex, you could do it. It is easier to stop than smoking as your body doesn't depend on it. It is your mind. Believe me, if your mind could make you addicted to cyber sex, it could also make you stop this addiction. It is our subconscious at work and if you keep repeating to yourself what you want to change in your life, you will succeed. I think you should confront your cousin and your aunts and tell them how much harm their selfish acts have done to you. Tell them and tell yourself that you're not going to let them ruin your life and any prospect for a happy family with a girl who loves you and ask them to get out of your life (both for real and symbolically). They should be made to feel very guilty about what they did to you. It's the right punishment for them! Anytime you start fantacizing about them, tell yourself they are two very wicked, heartless and selfish women and they have no place in your life. I agree with one of the people who answer your question that maybe you should consider reporting this to the police but, first of all, arrange a session with a counsellor first.

Someone suggested you file suit against the aunts and the cousin. It might be difficult to prove abuse after all this time - difficult but not impossible and very expensive and time-consuming. But it's your decision.

I think your main concern should be your own psychological health. If your health insurance requires a referral to Mental Health Services, get one from your primary care doctor. If it doesn't require this, make the phone call to cutomer service at your insurance provider and get the number for Mental Health.

Make the call now. There's no reason for you to live this way because of what others have done to you.

Hi, I am not trying to be rude, but you should probably seek professional help. Sometimes therapy can help someone with a sexual abusive past. Good luck, and seek help A.S.A.P. They are confidential most of the time, and maybe can help solve your dilemma.

You are in dire need of therapy. I would also recommend contacting the police to see if there is any legal follow-up after this amount of time. These people are disgusting and need to be arrested.
