The best way to answer this question is tell them what interested you in the particular job or career field. They are trying to field out people not seriously interested in the field. It is an idea to be honest and genuine. However, before you submit your answer, have a few people proofread it to make sure your point comes across well and would spark interest in offering college admission to you.

No, answer it truthfully and try to answer it like you were writing a story and wanted to stand out in a crowd and catch the readers' interest. You want a hook...then reel them in with little details, until they want to read the rest of your essay and hopefully remember you.
