Vince has given you good advice ... the only other thing I can think of for you to do is to type Pug Breeder into a search engine - at the very least it may bring up a list of Pug Clubs for you to contact.
& possibly if add the name of your town or region to the search it may highlight a breeder near you.
If you're in the UK or Europe you could also try searching on the Champdogs site or ePupz site,

It all depends on where you are from and how far you want to travel breeders can sometimes be very far away I just found and bought a beautiful weimaraner I recommend sites having many breeders to choose from for many dogs, that focus on dogs and how to properly care for them and once you have found a breeder get to know them and make sure they treated their dogs good if the parents look good and have a good temperament, and this is not the breeders first litter, then you stand a better chance of getting a great puppy. I recommend sites like http://www.akc.org or http://www.terrificpets.com
with these sites you will find everything you need to know.
