Ilike to go up to bedroom about 10.30 read or watch a bit of television for about an hour just me in silence as I have to have some me chill time first then sleep. In the morning I wake at 7.30 but get up at 8 o'clock. It is important to relax body before you go to sleep to get a good nights one and also to wake up gently so you are getting ready for the day.
I have to have 8 to 9 hours every night.

in between 9 and 10 usually as close to nine as I can. Used to be way worse than that, sometimes I wouldn't go to sleep at all, but i've made it my new standard that must be. For my health. If you get 2 weeks worth of 8 hour sleep days straight, you'll be back on your normal sleep schedule after long insomnia.

I usually get to sleep around 12:00am-12:30am and wake-up around 9:00am or 9:30am.
I function best on 9hours of sleep per night.
The end :)
