You know that a fetus has no choice on abortion.I think you just wanted to see if you could get a heavy debate going on abortion with the people against and the people for abortion.

Touche. Good point.
However, the fetus is not yet capable of making an informed choice, nor is it capable of existing independently of the mother (other options/choices would be available to a baby or child that can exist away from the birth mother) and therefore the choice must be made on its behalf, considering the fetus' best interests as well as the mother's.

Does birth give the baby a choice? Nope. Serious choices are not for children. Serious choices are to be made by responsible adults or near adults. Sometimes the responsible choice is abortion and other times it's birth. How many parents do you know that are out there giving their toddlers choices about things like what to eat, where to live, when to go to bed? Not many.
This is an irrelevant question from someone who obviously hates and disregards women and a womans ability to make a responsible and well informed choice. It is also an attempt to manipulate the stupid. It did give me a funny image of a walking talking clump of cells though.

First of all, the fetus is a baby. And that person has no choice as to whether it lives or is murdered. They have begun to understand that babies as old as 11 week in the womb smile due to 3 D imaging. That isn't even 3 months along in pregnancy. Yet, those who do abortions will tell you it is just a blob and that abortions can be done up to 4 months. I think if the "blob" can smile then the "blob" can feel.

even though i believe that there is alot of good reasons to have one there is alot of bad ones too but your question is kind of uneducated its kind of like asking can the sky not be blue the fetus can not feel pain nor does it even have a brain till the first month so it is the woman's body so her choice just i hope its not used as a birth control

No. Abortion is cruel and just as bad as murder. Maybe it's worse since you're killing your own kid without giving him or her a chance to live. If God gave you a Gift of a Child, you should be thankful and accept the gift. Before you even consider abortion, consider this: Would you even consider killing one of your kids right now? That may have sounded just wrong and awful, but that's how awful it is. How will you feel about yourself ten years from now, knowing that you killed your own child? How will you tell your other kids?
I know of several mothers who have aborted or considered aborting children because they already had two, three, or four, and one or two more is just too much. The ones who did abort have felt very bad about themselves. The ones who didn't abort made the right choice, and they had very adorable and later successful children.
How would you ever say to your kids, "Hey, I killed your brother or sister."? You couldn't. Think about what your kids would think about you. What would you think of yourself? Think about that little child that you wish to abort saying, "Mommy, why didn't you want me? Why didn't you give me a chance?"

no, and neither to the father.
the choice is there before becoming pregnant and before some of you start with the rape and incest cases they are less than 1% of the total abortions. the main reason for an abortion is 'convenience'. i have counseled countless women who have had abortions and the really sad truth is after most are devastated because they were not given all the information they needed to make an informed choice. many of these women need years of counseling to over come their choice. also consider the father, he has no say in whether or not the mother chooses the abortion and no say in whether or not he must by law provide child support.

An embryo or a fetus is not capable of making a choice.
Why push your views on others ? Do what you believe to be right and let others make their own medical choices.

No, as with all children, they are too young to make major decisions regarding their life. Its the potential parent's job to make the best decision for the child. Including whether it be born or not.

I'm going to answer this question seriously despite your obviously one-sided question.
Fetuses do not have the brain capacity to make a choice on their own, seeing as how their main function while in the womb is to maintain a heartbeat.
So, no, they don't have a choice. Women do. Get over it.
