why? do i have anemia, hypothyroid, what is it? i used to have thick hair, and im really scared.

There could be any number of reasons why your hair would be thinning. Have you lost or gained a significant amout of weight in recent months? Have you be extremely ill? Have you recently colored your hair repeatedly? Are you taking a new medication? Check with your doctor, or get your parents to take you to the doctor.

Hey it could may well be iron deficiency anemia..I have that and my hair has thinned out alot. I am only nineteen myself. Get your blood checked out. If you are, then after taking the right medication - iron tablets your hair should definitely grow back...in the mean time you can take B Vitamins or sea kelp

Well I know what you mean, I had a time when my hair was so thin, that my friends would make fun of me! LOL, but for me it was because I would straghten my hair every day! That kills your hair girl! So if you do that- Stop! I did and my hair is so much thicker now. Now I just leave it cute and waivy.

Extreme stress, or illness can cause hair to thin out. Talk to your family doctor.

aww i feel bad for you sweety but have you been into a lot of stress and pressure lately....or is there something thats weighing your mind that much....perhaps your disease is stressing you out, so try not to think about it that hard.....you have to live normally becuase stress gives disorder to several parts of the body. so just stay calm and try to relax yourself...in addition, go see a doctor immediately....good luck

its possible my buddy is only 20 and he has lost pretty much all his hair all he has lef is like a crown imean that sucks if your just 20 like ****
