I'm looking for a female yorkie pup for under $500. I know that there are some out there as I have seen them in the past. She does not have to be teacup or toy size.

It is hard to find a quality yorkie under $500. I paid $950 for mine and he is 10 lbs. It costs a lot for a good breeder to take care of the puppy from when it was born. If you are going to look on websites such as Petfinder.com or Puppyfind.com, please beware of anyone that offers you a cheap yorkie that wants you to wire money via Western Union to Nigeria or Africa. Those are scams. There is a website that I'm on that is all for yorkie lovers and /or people with questions about yorkies. The website is www.yorkietalk.com. If you go into their forums they have a yorkie for sale/wanted section and also a section for rescues. Good luck! Yorkies rule!

go to petfinder.com.....this is a site for rescue groups.....just enter your Zip code, and be AMAZED at how many great choices you have !!.....i adopted a Great Pyrenees mix from them, and my dog Sylvester is awesome !!.....check it out.....try it.....do a good deed.....adopt a female Yorkie pup today !!!.....good luck to you, in your search for a female yorkie pup as a new pet !!!!.....most adoptions run between $ 50 to $ 200 max, for a great dog, that will be happy to be your new pet !!!

you can find them for much cheaper that that, in classifieds and such. they might not have papers though. also try a search for yorkie rescue a lot of dogs need good homes you may grt one there for free even.
