Yah you'll lose about 0 lbs if you lower your calorie intake..You can never have no time to exersise. There is always time..Wake up early to do a 30 min jog. But eat about 500 less calories less than your body needs to keep at that weight that will cuase about a lb per week. So take your body wieght X 10 and minus 500 is a simple equation to figure out how many cals. you should eat.
But I do highly recomend exersise!

Don't eat. Ha. 1 pound = 3500 calories +/-. Male, not exercising, still needs 1800 calories a day to continue breathing and do day to day things. Your going to have to toss some exercise in to the formula somewhere. Running will burn about 600+ calories per hour. So in order to burn 35,000 calories (10 pounds), you will have to run for 2 hours a day for the next 30 days.

you must exercise or you will just get fat again. 20-30 minutes 3 times a week will have an effect on your metabolism and plus it feels great to know your healthy.

if you re cooking food in the microwave chances are you re eating unhealthy packaged foods if you must microwave consider soy chicken patties veggie burgers or steamer vegetables and brown rice

wee sweetie you shouldnt have to worry about w hat you look like. im sure your not fat. darling she needs to accept you for who you are. you s houldnt have to go loosing weight i have the same problem. ( hope you dont mind im calling you hun)
I think im fat and gross but my bf says im fine. BECAUSE HE ACCPETS ME FOR ME> you need to stop worrying and just be yourself... im sure your greatthe way you are now. if she doesnt like you how you are now then im sorry cutie but wow. shes low...
