get an ab cruncher :-) i have the same problem.... skinny body, belly is like a small barrel ;-).. ha ha i think ill take my own advice.... im off to do some sit ups!

Bicycling on a Racer Type Bic will Pull your tummy in.

Stop using recliner.

Some people develop fat in different areas. Thighs, butt, legs, and in your case, belly. It's all genetic really. Just do some ab crunches and that should get rid of it.

i have the same problem. i have started cuttin out white bread and rice n pasta. try eating wholemeal foods n drinkin plenty of water. seems hard tos tick to but its defanatly worth it
